A bone dry waterfall

Something amazing has happened this week...I have found time to share a card, just because I can!!
I needed a card for a lad's 15th Birthday and, as I so often do, took inspiration from Sam's Mixed Up Craft blog here. I don't own the particular stamp set that she used so just googled junk food images and went from there, colouring them with Promarkers.

Looks like I forgot to photograph the slice of pizza!! Actually the photography is pretty awful , looks mighty blue to me. Never mind you get the gist!!

I really enjoyed the process of putting this one together, it has been ages since I have made a waterfall card. Isn't it funny how card styles go out of fashion just like clothes do!!

See you tomorrow xx

These Challenges inspired me.

  1. Fantastic idea Sarah, most teens love "junk" food the layout is perfect for showing lots of it off.

  18. This card is fun...and it's making me hungry for a bedtime snack. I love the papers you've used. These kinds of cards are hard to photograph. I did an easel card tonight and it looks so weird because of the angle I had to take.
