A Cutie for Dad


Happy Monday my crafty friends and I hope you are well and had an enjoyable weekend.
The weather was kind to us in Dorset (after the horrendous thunderstorms) and we managed to get all the pots, planters and baskets out of the greenhouse at last.

Today I am sharing a little " Dad" number for the new challenge at

using a fabulous image from our Sponsor Bugaboo.

I colored him with Promarkers to match the brilliant paper from my scrap box, which I think was from digichick. The sentiment was computer generated mounted on to complimentary cardstock.

We have lots and lots of rabbits in our surrounding hedgerows and this cheeky little trio happen to be my favourites...they are so bold too, not at all worried by the dog or the horses, never mind us!! They are also partial to my granny bonnets!!

P.S Apparently Night Scented Stocks are a delicacy too, I seem to have one missing from my newly sited planters!!

    Absolutely love your colour combo Sarah.

    We have lots of bunnies as well, they drive the dogs crazy because they are cute and stay in the paddocks and the dogs know that is forbidden territory (well most of the time anyway).

    Fantastic card Sarah, love the image and colours. I also love the bunnies, oh so cute, but I imagine you see them as less than cute if they are eating all your newly planted flowers! Thanks for the decoupage tip - what do u use to curl edges and I'll give it a try, ta, Jx

    A brilliant Dad's day card. Love this little dude with his glitzy background. Very cheery & sure to bring a smile. Enjoyed seeing your little rabbits and I can see why you are annoyed with these critters for eating your plants & foliage after you worked so hard to get in the ground. They are cute, but they sure can be destructive. As are squirrels, which we have in our area, more than rabbits. TFS & Hugs. Always enjoy seeing the pictures of your beautiful area.
