Delightful doilies

Hello my crafty friends I hope you are well and raring to start another week.

I am here to share my card for the new challenge at

The Cutie Pie Challenge

The theme this time is Delightful Doilies and here is my card


I used a stamp by one of our sponsors Crafty Sentiments and coloured her with Promarkers to compliment the pretty papers ( I wrestled with myself for soooo long not to get these but couldn't resist any longer!!) which I also used to stamp  the sentiment on to, the tab and also the flowers. I finished it off with a knotted length of seam binding from our other fabulous sponsor Crafty Ribbons. The doily is actually a die cut piece of cream parchment, using another of my dies that haven't seen the light of day for a very long time!!

    Good morning Sarah,
    Love, love, love your beautiful card.
    Great, image so wonderfully coloured and brilliant design.
    I need a "onesie" like that!!! Mind you they are OK till you need to go to the "loo"
    then they are right pain in the proverbial !!!

    Delightful little one in her 'jammies and she looks so happy. Love the pretty flowers & that wonderful background dp. Liked the way the lacy doily is tucked just behind and the tiny tag sentiment. Nice texture on the ribbon too, works great with the look of the jammy print. TFS & Hugs

    This is so very cute Sarah. I'm always at a loss as to how to use doilies, but I think this one is great. I hear you about pretty papers - I have enough to wallpaper the house and I'm trying to be strong and not get any more.
