Favourite Sport

I bought this LOTV pad just for this little lady when it was released and am ashamed to say this is the first time I have used it, probably because it feels a bit like cheating!!

Anyway she is perfect for my DT piece at

where the new challenge, starting today, is Favourite Sport.

No prizes for guessing that my favourite sport is anything to do with horses and why?....because I love them!! There is nothing nicer than an early morning ride, the smell of the honeysuckle is glorious  and there isn't a soul about, apart from the odd jogger (yesterday however, was the exception to the rule as even at silly o' clock (6am) it was 20 degrees and a tad sticky!!).

The stripy paper was a lucky find and matched her sock perfectly. I used several dies, Happy Birthday, Stitched Squares and scalloped border.

Some doe cutting challenges

Cuttlebug Mania - Use a sentiment
Die cutting divas #222 - Anything Goes

Have a good day and stay safe and comfortable in this heat!! xx

  1. Also my perfect time for a light hack Sarah, sadly I am not able to do it anymore but in spirit and mind I can and I always ask Anysia to talk me thought her route every time she goes out on Big Ben.

I digress, naturally I love your card and sweet image.

  2. Having had a bad experience with a donkey, I view horses with a huge amount of respect (and caution)! Loving your sweet card, although I know what you mean about the art pads. Now, I am going to blame you - I had been undecided about that HB corner die, but I am now off to order it! Hugs xx

  4. This is gorgeous Sarah! Soooooo pretty, and a fab image indeed.
I know what you mean though about the cheating part... I've not been able to bring myself to use pre-coloured images in about 2 years! Yet I still keep hold of them, telling myself one day I will, lol. x

  19. Hi Sarah,
    what a very fab creation.
Wonderful papers used, and of course riding had to be your fave sport.
She is such a very cutie that image.
I know what you mean about Wednesday morning, as it didn't cool down all night, and we live in a Bungalow, and I still couldn't sleep even with the fan on full belt.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

  20. Very easy to see why you selected the pack with this little cutie in it. She's just perfect for you, and so darling cute. How fun that you matched the background dp to her sweet little sox. I can just picture you riding at that time of day, enjoying the countryside that you share with us in pictures. Love the stitchy mats and the dimension of the sentiment dies. This card is perfect in every way, and so much the way that I picture your personality! TFS & Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs too.
