Another Christmas card from me today and I make no apology because it is such a fabulous stamp and I would like it noted that I do not endorse penguin throwing in any way, shape or form!!
The fabulous Archie was coloured to compliment the Frosty Friends papers, matted on some teal card and adorned with some ribbon and a pearl slider...simples. Ooh and the sketch was borrowed from the most generous Jules...again!!

I should be in the saddle but it's a pea souper out there (thick fog for those of you not in the UK!!) so Surprise gets a reprieve this morning, which I am sure she won't mind!! I haven't shared any photographs for a while so this is what the mornings were like at the beginning of the week.
Have a lovely Sunday whatever you are doing xx
Sarah, firstly, what a beautiful photo...mornings are pretty foggy here at the moment too - I do love autumn...
ReplyDeleteYour card is absolutely gorgeous. I love your colouring (I have never coloured a penguin, I am always worried about colouring black and white with realism)! Your card design is beautiful with the modern colours you have used...in all just a wonderful Christmas card.

Good morning Sarah - still playing catch up with all my lovely crafty friends since the wedding last week and having my little visitor to stay whilst Mum & Dad are on Honeymoon.
ReplyDeleteYou have some gorgeous makes since my last visit and this is no exception.
Adorable image and fabulous DP's - so perfectly matched.
It's a pea-souper morning here too today - good reason to stay inside and catch up and then a little playtime in my little crafty haven - I have missed it so much lol!!!
Have a fabulous day.
Debs xx
Wow, Sarah, what a beautiful photo! Pea soup certainly makes for a beautiful sunrise. Now your card, it's so cute and the papers couldn't be more perfect! As usual, your coloring is fab and the image is darling!
ReplyDeleteGood morning Sarah.....gorgeous photo, what a glorious view!
ReplyDeleteSeriously cute card too, I've never thrown a penguin but have been known to get the wrapper off one and dunk it in a cuppa, lol
Always love to see a penguin - or - two Sarah, super seasonal card.
ReplyDeleteNo fog here as yet, the odd misty morning but very damp and dewy.
Hope you have a good Sunday.

I need that stamp! What a belter!!! So love your card Sarah and a lovely photo too. We had bad fog mid week but it's not been bad since, poor Surprise, or will she be better pleased doing her own thing? Jx
ReplyDeleteVery cute indeed. I did indeed pick up a penguin from LOTV at The Port Sunlight stamp fair yesterday!
ReplyDeleteThe weather was awful yesterday as the fog hung around as low cloud most of the day so it was good to be inside!
Al has been bringing in the logs he cut as the forecast is dire tomorrow but this morning the sun is shining. Have a lovely Sunday too. :)
