Hello everyone. Thank you for stopping by and sharing your day with me. I managed to grab a bit of time to make this sweet card for the Sasayaki Inspiration Blog.
She is available here.
I coloured her with Promarkers and was even brave enough to have a go at a different hair colour which turned out reasonably well I thought. The pretty blue paper is from one of the paper pads that the wonderful Lucy sent for my Birthday and I teamed it with a lovely rich shade of purple. The (wonky) sentiment die is by Impression Obsession and another that I don't use nearly enough. The smudge was entirely intentional...not!! Oops!!

See you soon xx
Darling image, and her hair color is splendid. Lovely highlights and I like the way you've done the scallop border tucking the tiny flowers in the middle. A sweet way to let someone know they are in your thoughts! TFS &Hugs
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is a sweet card Sarah and nice soft colours.

ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely card Sarah and beautifully coloured. I really like all of the different blue tones. I hope that all is well with your Granddaughter. Our little one is almost 7lb now which is great as he was only four and a half the week after he was born, he was six weeks last Friday. Wishing you a happy week, Crafty hugs, Sandra x

ReplyDeleteSweet card Sarah! Really cute image with great hair, the colour suits it wonderfully. Until you mentioned the smudge I hadn't seen it or noticed the wonky sentiment, I actually had to look for them so they're obviously not as bad as you think they are. Debra x
