There is something to be said for early morning light, it means I can get a little bit of crafting done before doing the animals!! I am here to share a card that has been made over many such mornings to satisfy some current challenges!!
This is Custard, a lovely bovine beauty from Sugar Nellie. She takes me right back to our dairy farming days, although we didn't have one with such a name...we had a Petunia though!!
She was coloured with Promarkers and the papers are from my stash, possibly The Lovely Studio.
That is me for today. I will return later in the week with week with another type of animal.
Take Care until then xx
These are the challenges that inspired me
Penny Black and more - Black and white plus one
Dis digi challenge - Include an animal
Cards 4 galz #69 - Black and white + 1 bright colours
Animal friends challenge # 61 - On the farm
Sheepskin Designs Challenge #13 - Animal Magic
Love this image sarah such a cute card. Hugs Veerle x

ReplyDeleteWell now Custard looks right at home on your card, I love the colours with a pop of pink and I have no idea why but she makes me smile... I think it's because it's the first cow I've seen on a card, it's brilliant Sarah x
ReplyDeleteLove the layout and colours Sarah, this was one of the first stamps I bought, Sugar Nellie had a store in Elgin 27 miles away from us, sadly the store closed a few years age. Love Custard and your card.

Custard has some Cow-itude, for sure. Love the expression as she's chewing her breakfast flowers. The pink checks and b&w dots are just right to dress her up, and love the border dp. You've got some really cute critter stamps going on these recent cards. Like the design layout of the card too! TFS & Hugs
