SMILE!!!!

I make no apology for being weak...I just cannot help myself, it is such a burden!!! I see an amazing card and find myself in Detective mode trying to locate a certain stamp, die, paper pad and so on!! Case in point is the stamp I am using today. I had spotted it while browsing at DTDF and I resisted (yes, really!!) for soooooo long until I spied it showcased, brilliantly, here and I caved. So a mahoosive thank you Claire for making me realise that life would be a little bit better with this cheeky monkey in it!!

This is what I did with him...

...a miracle really because, even though I am finding time to craft, the inspiration just will not come at the moment. Still, my Marianne Designs photo die came in very handy to frame the stamped image that I coloured with Flex Markers. The SMILE was heat embossed onto some very old Bo Bunny spotted paper.

Thank you for visiting today. I hope you are all coping with the current situation and that you and your loved ones are keeping well.

See you soon xx

  3. Hi sarah,
you are not the first to say that quite a few crefty people I have visited have said the same.
I too am finding it hard to think of designs.
Luckily I have quite a few already photographed I can still use.
I love your Cheeky Monkey he sure does bring a smile to one when you see him.
I can see why you caved in the end.

Many thanks for your lovely comment on my blog .. .. and yes, we were very young when we got married. I was a whole 19 years and 3 days old and Mr Heart was 20. He was my best birthday present ever!!

Hope all is OK at your end.

  10. Brilliant card Sarah, the image is so much fun. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who lacks will power when they spot a stamp or die that they really like on someone elses's card. xx
