Storm Christoph is doing it's thing, it is pouring with rain and blowing a gale so what better time to sit down and do a bit of blogging and share a new baby card!!
My friend's Daughter and her Husband have just had a new baby so I made this to celebrate the safe arrival of Everly.
I used my Tonic circle die set to cut the base and mat from Centura Pearl. The paper is from an old Forever Friends Easter pad and I coloured the adorable baby with my Promarkers to match. I used Memory Box Alphabet dies for her name too.
It is incredibly wet and windy here and I am keeping a close eye on the barn roof!! It should stay put as Martin went up there last summer and replaced the old fixings...so fingers crossed!!
I hope you are all doing okay, wherever you are.
Stay Safe xx

ReplyDeleteI hope the storm doesn't do any damage, it's not been that bad here, just a bit blustery walking the dogs!

ReplyDeleteIt's 10.30 pm here and the gale, wind and rain has reached us. The last one we had a couple of weeks ago, my big obelisk that was covered with a big honeysuckle, ended up blown down and all the metal legs in pieces! So hope it won't do anything else. Hope your barn roof stays on ok. Hugs, Carol S.xxx

ReplyDeleteSame weather here and not seen the paddocks for a couple of weeks, let's say mud and water are the order of the day much to the boys chagrin.

ReplyDeleteI hope that you fared well through the storm, Sarah, and that your barn roof stayed in place. Storms are always so stressful. I breath a sigh of relief when we get to the end of November which is the end of hurricane season for us. The only good thing that comes from storms is more time for crafting :-), and that is if the power doesn't go out. Crafting in the dark or by candle light is no fun :-) Love your baby card and I bet the parents did too. It's an adorable image and very sweet design.
