Hello everyone. Apologies for being a bad blogger but time just seems to be running away with me at the moment with one thing or other. I seem to blink and another week has gone by and I haven't paid you a visit...sorry.
Anyway, I am here today with a pretty summery card to support the new challenge over at
where we are asking whether you are a fan of Spring or Summer.
To be picky I am happiest in early summer when the world outside my window is looking fresh and colourful and the grass is still vibrant green (not so much this year though with no April showers!!). Although the days are warm and the mornings and nights lovely and light it is still also cool enough to get a good nights' sleep without over heating...or is that just me and my own personal central heating at the moment!!
We look forward to seeing what you decide to share with us.
Fingers crossed I will get chance to pay you a visit soon. Until then take care xx
Such a pretty card Sarah, super image. I agree with you about early summer or perhaps late spring?
ReplyDeleteWe have had no rain since a few snow showers at Easter, the neighbour has ploughed his maize field this week but no sign of rain anytime soon. We are having problems with ravens at the moment, lost a lamb yesterday, uggh! Evil birds!!!
This image certainly shouts summer, I love the beautiful colours. A lovely card Sarah x
ReplyDeleteLots of pretty blooms here Sarah in all the shades of blue and lilac.

ReplyDeleteI love the image, its so fresh and full of new growth. What does draw my eye is the sentiment in black matching the bow, bold move but it works a treat x
