Sorry for what I said.....

Happy Friday everyone. Hope that the weekend has some good things in store for you even if you are staying in like we are...again!! Although things are soon to be relaxed some more I have a feeling that we will still err on the side of caution and stay close to home.

Before that though I am sharing a card to inspire you to join us at

I used a wonderful image from our sponsor Jan's Digis Espresso Yourself set and coloured it with Pro/Flexmarkers to compliment the paper.

The message is one that could be used quite often in my house before I get my first caffeine hit...as if!!

So, that is me for today, I apologise for my lack of posts and visits but I have been dogged with ill health of late. I have now managed a full working week though so things are on the up again...I don't "do" ill!!

Bye for now xx

That's an oops....

...whoopsie daisy, I forgot that it is new challenge launch at

So here is my (almost twelve hours late) inspiration for you.

It is a great theme this time...made for me as we are asking you to use two or more patterned papers.

My patterned papers, I am pretty certain, are from a Lawn Fawn pad and I used a very old Spellbinders die for the snowy hillock (what a great word!!). The most adorable moose ( and sentiment actually) are from an Alpaca Pals set by the fantastically talented Tracey Hey. I am rekindling my love affair with embossing powders and have, once again, heat embossed the stamped image before colouring with my Pro/Flexmarkers.

Rightio, Bowie is yipping at me to go and play ball so I will leave you here, thinking about what papers you are going to use to make another Christmas card to add to your pile and to enter at
Christmas with the Cuties...see you there!! xx

Digi or stamped...you decide!!

Good Morning everyone and I hope this finds you well.

In an attempt to continue making festive cheer throughout the year I have another christmas card to share with you today. It is my DT inspiration for

As You Like It Challenge

where your mission, should you choose to accept it is....

Digi or stamped.

I could not choose as I have vast quantities of both, however, there is nothing nicer than a package containing happy mail falling onto the door mat so on this occasion I went with stamped.

I used some super cute stamps from Clearly Besotted that I bought following a challenge win.
I heat embossed the stamped images with a a holographic embossing powder and coloured with Pro/Flexmarkers.

Lookig forward to seeing what you share!!

See you soon xx

Cownt your Blessings

Hello everyone. I have a cute little number to share with you today, it is my DT piece for

where the theme is Layer it up.

I used a lovely image from our sponsor, Bugaboo, and coloured it with Flexmarkers.

Dovecraft Garden Party papers were used for the layers that I matted on to black card.

Hope you are all adjusting, once more, to the current changes to our lives. We had a visit from Mollie Rose yesterday who brought Daddy and Mummy with her, of course. It was lovely to spend some time in the garden with them and Bowie and Bumble were pleased to see their little playmate, although it had been so long Mollie was a bit worried by their enthusiastic welcome!! I hope those of you that are able have had some catch ups with your nerest and dearest.

That's all for now folks. We hope to see you share your layers with us here.
