Old jar, new purpose

Oh no, Monday's rolled around again so I wish you a good week whatever you are doing!!

I have a jar to share today. It came to me last Christmas filled with pear chutney and has been sat in my dresser ever since waiting for inspiration to hit me, which it did when I was deciding upon an image for one of my Cuddly Buddly DT makes for this month and this is what I did.

My buttons are joining forces with my ribbons in staging an escape from my work room so more button storage was in order!! I am so pleased with this and it looks really lovely on my shelf, I'm only sorry that I don't have more of the same jars to house my buttons (one for each colour of the rainbow would be nice!!).

My jar of buttons is off to play at these challenges

Polkadoodles #44 - Recycle it
All Crafts challenge - October/November
Anything But A Card #41 - Anything Goes

See you soon xx

Sarah, you will have to hint to the person that gave you the lovely gift of the chutney that it was a wonderful gift, and that even the jar was so useful, you never know you might just receive another jar this year. To think your buttons could have been in it so much sooner if you had just seen how useful that jar was. My buttons are in Chinese food tubs in there different colours. Hazel xx
