Happy New Year and Anything Goes!!

Hello crafty friends!! Hope you are well this New Year's Eve and getting your party frocks dusted down!!? No? Me neither, I'd rather watch White Christmas (again!!) while crocheting or colouring!!

To end the year I am here to share my (very last) DT card for Buddly Crafts which is also perfect as my DT piece  for the new challenge at

As You Like It and it's everyone's favourite

Anything Goes

With "new" in mind I decided to make a New Home card to add to my stock and Cosy Cottage fitted the bill perfectly. I started with the base and coloured the image with Promarkers and used Glossy Accents for the window panes. The sentiment was done on my PC.

Some challenges

Allsorts 342/343 - Anything but Christmas
Crafty Friends #21 - Anything goes
Polkadoodles #51 - Anything goes
Crafty Gals Corner #52 - Anything Goes

Before I go I just want to take this opportunity to thank you for your kind words of encouragement during the past year and for fuelling my crafty mojo when it has been lacking!!

Wishing you good health and happiness in 2016 xx

Very sweet Sarah.
The weather yesterday was wild but other than blowing things across the field we appear intact! After a pleasant morning we are back to lights on and rain lashing the windows. We re getting a little fed up of this lousy weather, as are the sheep.
No partying for us but no doubt we will be woken by fireworks at midnight from the golf club. My partying days are long past, if they were ever there,LOL. HNY to you and yours. x

Bless you Sarah for your kind words on my Stamping Sensations. I think I will join you in the New Year celebrations with a bit of colouring, although I do have a crochet project on the go which really does need finishing. Thank you once again, love Jane x

Hi Sarah, My party frock went west years ago! I too will be taking part in exciting girl stuff tonight like colouring and watching The Sons Of Anarchy! (I am just please to see I am not the only one)!
Your card is gorgeous, I love the image and you have coloured it perfectly. The touches of Glossy Accents look fab.
It has been lovely to meet you and get to know you in 2015 - wishing you a wonderful 2016.

Cpngrats on your new DT assignment, and how clever you were to combine final & first as you've done. This is a super card to have in your stash too. Delightful image, perfect for new home owners. Of course you always combine the prettiest design papers to compliment the image chosen, and I really liked the gleam on the 'windows'.. the glossy accents looked fantastic. TFS & best wishes for a perfect 2016 for you, your family & Surprise! I appreciate your visits & encouragement too, and also the info you share about where you live. Looks beautiful. Hugs

Happy New Year Sarah! I did dust down my party frock, which was totally out of character for me, so that was a fun start to the new year. I hope you enjoyed the crochet and colouring, that's for sure my usual preference! Fab card hun, love the gingham and sweet apple button. Also love all the glossy accents. Looks fab. Hugs, Wends x
