White Christmas

Hello crafters. Time for challenge #2 at

We would love to see your cute Christmas cards featuring a song or carol.

I may have mentioned before that I watch White Christmas (and sing the title song!!) all the time so it was an easy choice for me. I used an image from one of the sponsors (full details here).

The pretty paper was free with a magazine and I cut a silver mat using a new die set from Swedish House Crafts.

I really hope that you will find time to add to your Christmas card stash by joining us with your cute designs.

Thank you ever so much for your kind messages about our promotion!! Mollie Rose continues to grow more beautiful every day and I have taken to being Grandma very well, although I am  not so keen on sharing the bed with a Grandad!!

Hope this week is a good one for you xx

Hi Sarah,
such a very gorgeous card as usual.
Love the snowman image, and your super new die cuts they look awesome.

Watch what you say about your bed buddy as I had a neighbour who was older than her partner, and he said about sleeping with an old age penshioner as she turned 60, so retaliated by saying you'll never sleep with an old age person again, and he was banished to the spare room for the rest of his life. LOL.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

Hi Sarah, I'm just trying to catch up on my commenting as I've been looking after my two year old Granddaughter over the last week and I haven't had much time to myself. I'm absolutely thrilled to read that you've become a Grandma too. Believe me, it's just the best thing ever. Many congratulations to yourself and your family on the birth of Mollie Rose. I know from experience just how much joy they bring and it gets better every day. Crafty hugs, Sandra x

Wow Sarah, this is beautiful! I just adore that image, snowmen are so sweet for holiday cards. The soft blue is my fav for a wintery creation and the fancy shaped base is so wonderfully unique!!

You mentioned you had some freezing fog, how fascinating! I've never seen it in real life before, something I would love to experience! Imagine watching the frost building layer after layer on everything the fog touches, how cool would that be!! Although I would worry about my poor squirrels, eeek!! HAHA. Well they say we might get snow on Thursday. Keep your fingers crossed for me. sending hugs :)

Super design Sarah, love the circle die!
It's been a lot brighter and positively mild here in Yorkshire visiting my son and BF, such a change from the damp dank days of the last week. No smashing the ice on the water troughs today. :)

Ooooh! I love the shape of this card. A very pretty card!
I have to say the icy colours reflect what's going on outside. Massive chunks of ice pelting down.... urgh! Counting the days to spring!

Beautiful card Sarah. Love the snowman image and the gorgeous die you used to frame him. I need to go see if there is any store here in the US that carries those dies, otherwise I will have to get in touch of my SIL and see if she can get it for me :-) Not so nice to have family scattered all over the globe and so far away, but every now and then, it's nice to have "contacts" :-) Have a wonderful day.
Hugs,
Lena
