Hello everyone, I hope this finds you well. Late in the day for me, I know but I wanted to enter some challenges with my project.
I had been debating "should I or shouldn't I?" for some time about investing in the Lawn Fawn pop up box set and in the end decided that I should!!
So, here is my first attempt.
I used a Craftwork Cards pad for the panels and used a very old floral border die for the blooms which I cut in four spring colours and then snipped and put back together ( I do hope that this satisfies the handmade criteria at Allsorts , if not please feel free to delete me!!). The grass is an icicle die, upside down 😁
This creation made me feel very light hearted and optimistic about the forthcoming spring, in fact it has been glorious here in Dorset today!! I have a feeling the dry weather is here to stay but the temperatures are due to plummet...at least the rain has stopped, fingers crossed.
That's all for now, see you later in the week xx

It's such a fabulous card base shape and so many options to use it on. Beautiful card Sarah. I love all the pretty flowers. xx

So feminine and pretty! Thanks too for playing along with us at Crafting with Dragonflies. Hope to see you back soon!
Oh wow, this is delightful!
Gorgeous box card! Just Love the flowers with the 'grass', great idea to use the icicle die for it. The pretty papers look lovely and isn't the sentiment the perfect size for it? I bought this die too but realised it won't fit in UK envelopes so will have to make my own which I haven't got round too yet. Debra x
Fab, didn't know they made one. This is going to be a very useful purchase I think. :)
Full of the joys of spring indeed!! What a stunner this is, Sarah! I have a pop-up box die too...none of this measuring nonsense!! xxx
Fabulous make Sarah, love the gorgeous Spring colours, look forward to seeing more pop up boxes
Super card Sarah, so pretty with those fabulous papers and all the flowers xx
Gorgeous box Sarah, well worth the investment. Makes me think of spring too, so light a airy. xx
...in answer to your question it has been said that my collection of dies is so large it can be seen from space...NASA, however, has denied this claim! I'm saying nothing!! :D
A gorgeous box card Sarah, love the pretty papers and all those fab flowers and spring colours

Good investment Sarah, love the finished design. I cut mine on the cameo but a dies would not go astray.xx [aNNie]

This is impressive...so I'm glad you decided to go for the die! Looks very complicated with all the pieces, and love the papers (you DO have the prettiest of papers!) and I like all the pretty spring flowers jumping up from the inside. Sweet little banner too. Good job! TFS
Morning Sarah, what an amazing card, love, love, love it.
I made similar a few years ago but nothing as fantastic as yours.

Hi Sarah, what a beautiful box card, love the die cut box sounds so simple. The flowers look great. Have a wonderful weekend... Megan
This is so fresh and pretty Sarah and makes me feel hopeful that spring WILL come eventually! I got that box die for Christmas but I haven't tried it yet so I hope it was easy to put together lol!

What a beautiful garden in a box. I can't wait for Spring to arrive, Sarah. I'm so tired of this cold and rain. Weather is not supposed to be like this in Houston, Texas. It's supposed to be mild winters and hot summers - I'm so not a cold person :-) Looking at your lovely card, brings hope that Spring is just around the corner.
Enjoy your day.
Hugs,
Lena
Oh WOW what a fabulous creation! It looks like it must have taken ages to make!
