Sunny Yellow

I actually found some time to make a just for fun card and drew inspiration from a challenge or two and came up with this...

I decided to organise my rubber stamps by brand  and,  in doing so, found many old favourites that haven't seen ink for quite some time and chose a sweet LOTV stamp. She was coloured with Promarkers and, although you can't see it, given a generous addition of stickles on her boa. The papers are from The Lovely Studio.

It is somewhat grey and drizzly here so housework is on the agenda this morning and as we are on holiday we are out to lunch. Hope your day is a good one.

See you soon folks xx

V sweet Sarah, thought the paper reminded me of some Papermania DP from a long time ago. There is some still lurking deep at the bottom of my stash I think! :)

Gorgeous card Sarah, love the LOTV stamp and the colour palette is lovely. Isn't it a good feeling to make a card for fun.....perhaps l should find some time and try it out lol.
Hope you are having a good time off - very windy here today, a tree down in the garden and had to stake a lot of plants too. The upside is l have a lovely large vase of Sweet Williams and Foxgloves that went over. x Susan x

A gorgeous card Sarah, lovely to arrange our stamps in order. I did that recently and ended up with so many big photo folders, but now know what I have and want to use. The rest go to charity. ♥

Hi Sarah, this is just so cute. Interesting that you organized by brand. When I did my start on organizing last year, I changed from 'brands' to 'themes', and I'm still searching - but at least I have trees in one place, flowers, etc. so just have to hunt through drawers instead of 'all'. Love the warm shades of color on this little cutie. The coloring is beautiful, and as always, you have the perfect background DP to make the design look awesome. Love the tiny floral with the sunshine checks and the gauzy, dots ribbon...just very happy. Have a great weekend, and so far, I've not said too many awful words. (had some bad thoughts though! I'll get there, it's just with the blogger aggravation and trying to find out where things are in Win10...but I'll survive!) thanks for the encouragement, and for sharing such a darling card. Have a great weekend. Hugs
