Cutie Pie BINGO!!

Hello everyone.

Eyes down, look in...it's BINGO at the Cutie Pie Challenge

Here is my cutie using the middle row - buttons, ribbon and die cut

I have been trying to use more of my stash lately and in this case coloured the sweet stamped image with my Lyra Rembrandt pencils. I used the stamp packaging for inspiration, colour wise, and was reasonably satisfied with the result. Oops I have just noticed that I didn't finish cutting the tails of the kite...never mind!! Blue is a colour that I don't really use, except for Christmas cards, so that stretched my creativeness a little too.

That's me for today. See you soon xx

Glad to see you are using up your stash Sarah! Funny how you always see the tiny omissions once you've posted, not that I noticed until you mentioned it! ;)

This is a gorgeous card Sarah. I love how the dots on the main focal image are echoed in the polka dot background. It’s a very thoughtful image and you’ve coloured it beautifully as always. Crafty hugs, Sandra x

Hi Sarah,
oh isn't she a cutie and you have coloured her wonderfully.
I can imagine Mollie looking like that in a few years time.
Such a very lovely design too and I love the dotty paper.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

The softness of the DP from your stash looks wonderful with this sweet little girl out flying her kite. That is such an adorable image, and you always pair the image with just 'the right' papers to add loveliness. Like that you did the out-of-the box technique with the kite lifting from the oval. TFS & Hugs Oops, I see that you wrote the background is blue...it looks blue-gray on my monitor...but whatever color, it's pretty. Also just noticed how you placed the aqua ribbon right at a strategic place on the cloud background...carries the eye right across so nicely.

Such a sweet card, I love the coloring! You do such a wonderful job with your pencils. The tails of the kite just the way they are seem to work perfectly with the shape of your oval. Had you not mentioned it, I would have thought it was meant to be.
