LOTV all the way!!

Today I am here with my DT piece for As You Like It Challenge. I am hosting this time and we are asking you to share your favourite stamp brand.

Mine appears to be Lily of the valley judging by the size of the pile I sorted!! When I first started rubber stamping I loved seeing Bev Rochesters handiwork for LOTV in crafting magazines and progressed to following her blog. The purchase of many LOTV stamps followed and today's card features one of the very last of their rubber production. It is the cute factor that has always appealed and they are always a dream to colour. In this case with Promarkers

It was also the perfect opportunity to try out my new Crafters Companion die.

I hope you will be able to join us. It will be a great chance to sort out your rubber stamp collections and find some forgotten treasures!!

That's me for today. See you soon xx

Love the die cut hello and the sweet bunny.
LOTV are one of my faves too, such a shame they have gone totally digital now.
When I lived the other side of the hills, my friend and I would have a trip to their shop in Farsley and peruse the stamps and samples, no wonder my box is so full!

Hi Sarah, thank you so much for letting me know the origins of my reindeer stamp. I won him a long time ago from Crafty Cardmakers & More challenge and he arrived all on his own without any packaging or hint of which brand of stamp he was. This is the first time I've inked him up too, trying to use some of my stash instead of buying new :0)
Hope you are having a lovely day?
Thanks again,
Lorraine

Ooh I DO LOVE LOTV too! They were a close second on my list I have to say I have a HUGE pile of these images both in digi and rubber and I agree, it is their absolute cute factor that gets me every time too. I've always loved Bev's creations too and funny thing is, it was seeing her Whimsy and LOTV creations in the early years that led me to blogging, because I so wanted to comment on her blog and tell her how beautiful I thought her designs were! ... and so began my foray into crafting! She's had a huge influence on a great many of us I'd say :D LOVE your stunning creation and the purples are delish, fab new die! LOVE the richness for that deepest purple, now that's my kind of purple. Such a gorgeous creation hun. Hugs, Wends xoxo
