Happy weekend everyone and I hope you've had a good week. Mine's been challenging but I've survived!! We've a seasonal theme this week at Allsorts.
Trees, leaves and berries.
For my own card I have gone with trees using a very old Kanban Stamp set purchased from QVC! It came in a crocodile effect handbag style storage bag together with lots of other stamps. The stamp pad I used is also very old, one of those Kaleidoscope ones in autumnal shades. I matted all the squares on black and chose a tonal card for the card blank. I think this will make a rather nice card for my Mum's "companion" who has a birthday next month.
Prizes from: Stamp Addicts, Oakwood, Highlight Crafts, Ruth Hamilton Dedsign, AALL and Create and Craft Stash
Thank you for dropping in today and remember that if the theme doesn't tickle your fancy you can always go for anything Goes.
Looking forward to seeing what you make.
See you next week xx

Very effective use of the Tree stamp Sarah, the graduated colours work well for Autumn, I used to love those inkpads which don't seem to be available anymore.

Gosh, I remember those inks, think I have some in a box at the back of the cupboard! Why do we hang on to things, really we are just waiting for a chance to use them like here. As soon as I 'cull' the stash, I end up wanting what I've culled!! A fab autumnal card. :)
I think your stamped images have a beautiful rustic feel, and love your warm autumnal colours and layout
This is a lovely stamp and works so well in the Autumnal shades Sarah, hope you can have a restful weekend too.

Very nice selection of colors you used on that great image. The black matting is perfect to really highlight the image. Thank you for stopping by my blog https://shoegirlscards.blogspot.com/ and your wonderful comment. I really appreciate you taking the time.
I remember really wanting one of those handbag sets and they had all sold out!
This is a great design and you've given me an idea for some tree stamps I rarely use.
A really wonderful design, Sarah. Love how each tree features a beautiful fall themed color! So pretty!

I had to pay you a visit, as your card caught my eye while on allsorts blog…..I too have that stamp, from long ago! Didn’t get it in a bag, but had lots of fun at the time…..liked it with embossing powders. I’m trying to use some of my old stash too….plus a friend’s stash, as she clears up her craft room! Have a great day xxx
Fabulous and lovely card;-))m

Hi Sarah,
what a very wonderful Autumnal card and those stamped trees are fab.
Love the design of the four boxes matted onto the black card stock and the brill card colour.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
Hi Sarah, wow what a stylish card. These stamps and colours are lovely. I love autumn colours. I remember the Kanban sets in the little handbag, I got a set in one of those when I first started crafting and still use them. Take care. Hope you're okay. Big hugs xx
What a wonderful card. LOVE it and the fabulous colours and design xx
Oh my goodness this takes me back. I have the exact same stamp and also the Kanban card kit that went with it. Thank you QVC!!
Love how you've used the different colours, looks fab! xx
LOVE the look of this pretty autumnal tree card. Great layout x
Brilliant card Sarah, a very clever way to use the stamp. I have this stamp and I don't think I've ever used it. Thanks for the inspiration to dig it our and use it. xx
I love how those shades tone so well, Sarah and I like the vintage look they give. I was lucky enough to have my craft room redone by my daughter for my birthday, and I had to empty the room first which forced me to get rid of so much of the stuff I never use any more. I bet I'm going to start wishing I had some of it back very soon lol! Hope this week is going better than the last one.
Hugs

Gorgeous, Sarah! I love the design...would be perfect for any type of color challenge. I think you have inspired me to use 4 very old halloween stamps that have been sitting on my table waiting for me use them.
