Like a new pin (cushion)

Hello you crafty peeps.

Just a flying visit to share a pin cushion that I threw together yesterday using some bits and pieces destined for the bin. Apple sauce jar, strips of paper, a stuffed circle of felt and a ribbon.

Now all my pins have a home and I won't keep on pricking my fingers getting them out of the drawer!!

Thanks for stopping by today and for your lovely comments xx

That's a great idea! And those be some stunning pins!
I especially love the strip of "ruler" paper along the middle... Reminds me of a measuring tape and works beautifully! x

Hi Sarah, this is a gorgeous example of upcycling - it would have been such a shame to throw the materials away. I'll be saving any little sauce jars from now on :) Elizabeth xx
