Happy Winter

I had to buy some Christmas cards last year as I hadn't made enough. Admittedly they were horsey ones for my livery guests and for a good cause ( Bob champion Trust), but I am determined to make a huge effort to make all my cards this year.

Here goes...

I bought this stamp set with some Christmas money as I think she will make a lovely winter Birthday card, as well as Christmas. I am really pleased with the rainbow coloured scarf and resisted the temptation to add anything else.

I hope you have something nice planned for the weekend. We are planning a trip to Clarks Outlet Village today for a bit of retail therapy!! Wish me luck!!

Thank you for your time and comments. It is much appreciated.

See you soon xx

This is such a lovely card Sarah. Beautifully CAS and I love the burst of colour on the scarf. The rainbow colours are so bright and cheerful and just what we all need when winter is upon us. Keep up the good work then you won’t be panicking in November. Crafty hugs, Sandra x

A very bright and cheery card Sarah, though the scarf isn't such a necessity this morning! The thermometer reads 6' and even the sheep are not waiting patiently for their morning hay! :)

I really resent buying cards now but sometimes there just isn't time to make all those you want to do. I want to try harder making xmas ones during the year too, but haven't made much of a start yet! I like your image, I've not seen this before and the scarf is lovely. Hope you have a lovely weekend Sarah. xx

It's a good start Sarah and this is a super stamp with a great Wintery feel. It's all rather odd outside at the moment, empty stables. Anysia took the boys over to her partners farm for a few weeks when I was so poorly to help Eddy out as she's not here all day and works long hours, it's really strange not hearing them whinny every time the back door opens.

What a wonderful CAS card. I absolutely love the bright, happy scarf! You are such a good girl for getting started early. I usually have enough cards but my challenge is getting them written and into the mail:{.

Sarah I was touched by your comment on my last post and sending belated hugs to you. Losing a loved one so young would have been so devastating and hard to comprehend...I realize how blessed I was to have both parents live a ripe age...hugs.xx
