Three of Something at Allsorts

Don't these weekends roll around quickly? I hope you have something nice planned. I suspect there will be mowing the lawn and weeding involved here. Our garden is bursting into life, particularly our little memorial garden where Mog, Suzy, Surprise and Mo the cat are sleeping. We plant bulbs every autumn so it's a joy to see them popping up through the grass. We can never remember what has gone where so it's rather exciting!!

Anyway, I am here to share my inspiration for the new Allsorts Challenge. We are looking forward to seeing three of something on your makes.

Here's mine...three hedgehogs.

All three of the cuties are from a Penny black T for Transparent set. Coloured with Promarkers and finished off with a Clearly Besotted sentiment. The sky and grass were from a Doodlebug Designs paper pad and the black cardstock mat really makes it pop I think.

See you soon xx

Love those PB hedgies Sarah. The snow has almost gone, just where the sun didn't reach yesterday. The youngest lambs are back in the field next to the house after spending a few nights undercover. :)

How I would love to see a hedgies again let alone three, so few of them in these parts now which is so sad. But your card is lovely and so full of Spring.

Love your happy little hedgies and the wonderful pop of colour from that balloon. Hope you managed to get out into the garden today. It is just too cold here. I am desperate to get out there as there is so much to do, but when it is cold my fingers get so cold they hurt and I have to come in. Hope we see the back of the cold weather soon xx

You can never go wrong with a trio of hedgehogs!! Such an adorable card! No garden work here yet. It snowed a couple of days ago and the grass is still covered.

Such happy little Hedgies Sarah and made me smile this crispy Sunday morning. I was like the first one yesterday throwing cut off flowers ready for the bin, except I tripped on the cat and me and the flowers went flying, I stayed on my feet though, but it gave me an adrenalin start..

You've put the hedgies together so well, it's adorable. I was in the garden today and noticed a bulb coming up in a pot I have a hebe cutting in. It definitely was in there before???

It's so exciting to see all the colour coming back. We don't normally have harsh winters here in Southern Texas, so I have a tropical garden planted around our pool. But we had a very rare Arctic front that came thru in December and killed everything in my garden. We lost 4 palm trees and a bunch of other plants. But there are a few things sprouting here and there, so there is hope yet :-) I love your card. It's so happy and cheerful. Those hedgies are just too cute! I hope you were able to get some of your gardening done. My back and hands can't handle the job so we have a guy that does it for us. Besides, to be honest I enjoy sitting and admiring my garden, but I was not blessed with a green thumb, so gardening is not one of my favourite activities, and it's much better to have someone knowledgeable take care of things :-)
Hugs,
Lena
