Hello my lovely crafty friends
and I hope you are well on this Monday morning.
and I hope you are well on this Monday morning.
I have an extremely blue card to share with you today. Another colour that I don't choose that often but, as is so often the case, it's turned out really well!
The stamp and papers were free with a magazine last year. The little skater was coloured with my Promarkers and I matted on two colours of card to add layers. I wanted a definite masculine feel to this card so the the little die cut was just about right I thought.

Here's a shot to show the layers.
It looks a little washed out in these pictures, probably because
the sun has deserted us today :0(
The inspiration came from these challenges
Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge #141 - Layer it up
Christmas stampin' all year long #32 - Layers
Sweet Stampin' Challenge - Got the blues
Here Come The Boys #60 - Blue Christmas in September
Thanks for your time and take care xx

Blue is a colour I don't use often either Sarah, but the tone on tone works really well with this image.
