A Child's Christmas 

 

 

This is Milly Winter Window from Lili of the Valley . She was coloured with Promarkers. I used papers from Nitwits Collections Patchwork Christmas, which I adore. The spellbinders snowflake has an ivory flower shaped flat back pearl atop and I used  seam binding, both from Wild Orchid Crafts .

I was inspired by the "Paper piecing" challenge at A Gem of A Challenge so decided to give it a go.
I coloured the stamped image with Promarkers and cut out the bauble which I had stamped on
 co-ordinating paper.

 

 

 A really simple technique, but very effective.

 

 

 

 



 

 

Bismarck

 

 

 

This is Bismarck from Mo's Digital Pencil, he is perfect for three of my work colleagues who have welcomed pups into their homes this year. This is the first of the three cards that I have made. He is coloured with promarkers and I have kept the layout fairly simple so as not to detract from his cuteness!!

 

He makes me want a terrier but I don't think my aged collies would cope!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cold and Frosty

 

 

Thought that this little card fitted the bill perfectly for the current Joanna Sheen Challenge "Cold and Frosty". 

 

 

 

I added a cute little pull out tag for something a little bit different while still keeping it fairly flat for minimal postage!!

Sparkle!!

 

 

 

 

This is Holly, who is a digital image from Wee Stamps. She is coloured with Promarkers and the paper is from Nitwit Collections "Polar Pals". I went to town with Star Dust stickles to add the sparkle and am now entering her in The Ribbon Girl November Challenge.
