Sending you love

Oh my word what a horrid day it is here in Dorset, pouring with rain and blowing a gale...yuk!! Surprise decided to have a duvet day. When the weather is bad, and on days that I am not at work, I open her stable door and let her make up her own mind...she is 28 after all!!

Anyway, I am here to share a Sasayaki Glitter with stamp today and this time it is LOVE, available here.

Although she is perfect for a Valentine card I decided to add "Sending you" to make her more of a general card. She was coloured with Promarkers to match the pretty papers.

Thank you for stopping by today xx

AYLI favourite die

Gosh, aren't these weeks flying by? I can hardly believe that it's our second challenge at

We would love to see your projects showcasing your favourite die.

It was a no brainer for me. My Spellbinders circles, my Tonic scalloped circles and my Lawn Fawn banners are my most used dies. I love that the scalloped circles are large enough to make an almost 15cm card base that, in this case, I covered with some LOTV paper.

The cute little stamp is from a very, very old Kanban set and I coloured the sweet little pair with Promarkers.

It would be lovely if you could join us.

Thank you for your visit, I know that many bloggers are also using other social platforms these days but, for me, blogger is still far more personal and I shall continue to post here as long as my blogging buddies keep visiting!!

See you soon xx

January Blues Cutie Pie

I am thrilled to be here today with the first challenge of the year for

The Cutie Pie Challenge

It's a seasonal theme with January Blues. Our sponsor Pink Gem Designs supplied us with an image and I chose Chloe in her cable jumper!!

I "tweaked" one of Jules' latest sketches (thank you for these, I get so much inspiration from you when my own has gone walkabout!!). My cable embossing folder came in handy and I even raided my ribbon stash for a perfectly coordinated bow. I rarely use blue,  but was delighted with the end result and might not shy away from it quite so much in the future!!

There is much excitement today as Mollie Rose is celebrating her first whole year...we can hardly believe it. She stood up unaided yesterday so it's not going to be long before she is walking!! It doesn't seem possible!!

I hope that you have a good week and I will see you soon xx

A for antlers

Well hello, me again, an unusual occurrence these days I know but I am still in Christmas mode and just could not pass up the opportunity to enter the current ABC Christmas challenge A & B.
I went with A for antlers as it was the perfect excuse to use a new PB stamp set, Wintertime Cheer that fell in my basket during a browse at Buddly  Crafts.

I just love him!! The die cut border is from Crafters Companion and the text from a Newton's Nook set. He was stamped direct on to the card base (using my stamping platform) and coloured with Promarkers, so I was delighted that I didn't make any boo boos!!

Hope that you have had a good week and are looking forward to the weekend. Hubby is off this weekend so I am happy about that.

See you soon xx

Amy's Pups

Hello my crafty friends. I am here to share another of the fabulous images from Sasayaki Glitter.
This particular sweetie is Amy's pups.

The papers came with some goodies that recently arrived with my latest purchases from Dies To Die For, too fabulous to put away so I used them straight away. Amy and her pups were coloured with Promarkers to match. The sentiment die happens to be one of the items in the aforementioned package and although there is a companion stamp set I decided to refrain from buying that too as I was certain to have stamps to fit...and I did!! The "Birthday" is from a Clearly Besotted set.

It's been a glorious day here, bright, sunny and just the right side of chilly to hopefully kill off the nasty viruses that are doing the rounds locally.

Well that is me for today, have a good evening xx

Anything Goes!!

Happy New Year everyone:0)
I hope 2018 will be a good one for you and that it has started well.

It's the first 2018 challenge at

and we are kicking off the year with Anything Goes.

I still had my Christmas stash on the floor  desk so decided to get ahead and make some cards for next Christmas.

The little elf stamp was from a Christmas present to myself that I had ummed and aaaahed about for some time, but finally convinced myself that I needed!! The paper is from a Lawn Fawn paper pad that I bought some time ago and couldn't bring myself to use!!

I hope you will join us!!

Before I go I must share picture of our Granddaughter, Mollie Rose, in one of her Christmas outfits...

...cute huh?!!!

See you soon xx
