Summertime at We Love Stamping

Sorry folks it's me again, this time to tempt you to join in at

We Love Stamping

where the theme for July, chosen by Lynn, is

SUMMERTIME

I made this

Once again I raided my stash and found a real life LOTV 8x8 paper pad scraps, so pretty. The sweet stamp is a VERY old red rubber one and from CC Designs. She was coloured with Promarkers to compliment the papers. Just recently I have refrained from adding Happy Birthday as a default sentiment so that I can add one later.

I hope that you are inspired and will join us again to be in with a chance to win

2 prizes of Lavinia stamps and watercolours (photos not to scale). Please note, we (Lavinia) cannot provide exchanges/replacements/refunds for any products received through this third-party giveaway.

See you soon xx

Christmas with the Cutie Pies

Happy new week everyone!! I am not so happy as it's back to work for me today following annual leave last week...boo hoo!!

Anyway,  less of that and more of this

The new challenge theme is

No man like a snowman (full details here)

I used  a CC Designs snowman that was a Christmas pressie from a dear crafty buddy (thank you ever so much xx).  He was so easy to colour and his cute specs cried out for glossy accents, which actually shows up in the photograph!! The dies that feature are from Lawn Fawn And Elizabeth Craft Designs.

Well, that's another Christmas card to add to the pile. I hope you will join in and add another card to your own collection for this year...it is only ten months away!!!

Whatever this week throws at you I hope it is a good one.

See you tomorrow  xx

Some challenges

Maggie's Christmas Dinner

Hello folks hope this finds you well. I thought I would strike while the iron's hot and share a card fresh from the work room as I am doing holiday cover at work next week so time will be short.

Several challenges tickled my fancy so I made this little card to join in.

I used the current layout from here.

The die cut snowflakes are Marianne Designs, the papers were from Wilko the Christmas before last and the sentiment was from a CC designs set called Snarky Christmas (which I cannot find to add a link) that I bought this time last year and inked for the first time today...oops!! I thought it was about time Maggie had another inking and she was then coloured with Promarkers and given a splattering of stickles snow.

These are the challenges that inspired me, together with a couple more that "fit"

Allsorts challenge #357 - April Fool/Humorous

Sketch Saturday #406

Cut it up #93 - April Fools (include a joke or riddle)

 Hope the sentiment counts!!

The Sugar Bowl #135 - Anything Goes

Crafting For all seasons #123 - Punches or dies

I'll "see" you later in the week with a couple of scheduled posts.

Until then have a good week xx
