Christmas Time at Allsorts

Another Christmas card from me today.

Christmas Time is the optional theme at

Here is my card

I have a familiar tale that I know it will strike a chord with many of you!!

While looking for something else entirely, I found a pile of decoupage sheets so could not resist layering one up for my make. Honestly I really should catalogue my craft stash!! It looked wrong atop the backing paper alone so I matted it on mirri board and cut "wishes" at the same time. That's better. Another lost item was the twinkly snowflake that finished it off perfectly.

I hope you will join in. If you do and are lucky then one of these Prizes from Stampendous , Oakwood Direct or WOWVOW could be yours at the end of the month.

I wish you a lovely weekend xx

We've all been seduced by finds in our stash at one time or another and gone down a totally different route than the one intended!! Your added bit of silver mirror card really lifts this festive make. :)

Lovely card Sarah, great image and the mirri card is just perfect. I could do with cataloguing my crafty stash too. Please let me know if you come up with a good system. 🤣

What great finds in your craft room! It's surprising what we have stashed away isn't it. I'm sure I have forgotten lots of things that I've bought over the years. My plan this Christmas holiday is to empty out my craft room (spare bedroom), sort everything out and put it back neatly and in an organised fashion in the hopes that my worktops will be clear to actually work on. Over time I end up working in a smaller and smaller space on my desk with half finished projects and spare papers etc piling up around me. This is not how I want it to be but there has been no time to change it. I find it very chaotic and that is not 'me' at all so I am determined to sort that out.

Hi Sarah

A great Christmas card. Love the little scene you have created with your "found" goodies.

There is only one problem with cataloguing all of your crafty stash .. .. you also have to log where you are storing it all .. .. which causes more problems if you are like me and are always re-organising LOL!!!

Love Jules xx

Gorgeous card, Sarah! Yes I identify with the whole 'hidden treasure' thing but if I sat down and catalogued all my crafty stash there would be no time for crafting (& probably no time for sleeping either) xx
