Praying Angel

I really am keeping on top of the Christmas cards this year and here comes another, using the gorgeous Buddly Crafts Praying Angel.

She was coloured with Promarkers to compliment the gorgeous Studio Light Scandinavian papers. If you haven't come across these papers yet please check them out, they represent outstanding value for money and are of really good quality, I can highly recommend them!! The good old SB ovals were layered to add a frame and for a bit of contrast and the button and ribbon added for a final flourish.

Isn't this so pretty Sarah, love those DP and the image who puts me very much in mind of one of the very first stamps I bought probably fifteen years ago - another era almost - when I could still ride and enjoy those early morning summer hacks.

Sarah, this is a lovely Christmas card. I love that gorgeous image which you have coloured so beautifully. The papers are really good...I thought you had used Aida as your background when I first looked! The paper is so realistic. I love Christmas cards, and adore making them but am as ever behind the pace!! 197 days to go apparently...
