Close to Nature at Allsorts

We have a new challenge starting at Allsorts where Brenda has chosen the theme of

Close to Nature

My default thought for this theme would generally be animals but, still on a mission to use my least used stash, I thumbed through and found a lovely stamp from Woodware, Country Fields, that fitted the theme perfectly.

Promarkers were used to colour the lovely bold stamp and I still had a MFT pad on my desk that suited the colours I'd used perfectly. The sentiment is from a Hobby Art stamp set, Scene-it Sentiments.

There are Three prizes of A5 stamp sets from AALL and Create

I hope you are all settling in to 2025. I have found myself writing 2024 at work but it's getting less frequent as the days go by!! The weather in my part of the UK has settled and the daffodils are starting to push up, no snowdrops in sight yet though.

Have a good weekend xx

A perfect image for our theme Sarah and the Bronte sentiment equally so. Signs of bulbs here as well and more bird activity the last few days.

What a lovely summery scene Sarah, on the downhill stretch to spring now! Thankfully the snow here has melted away but there is still a chill wind from the SE this morning so needed to wrap up for my morning dog walk. The sheep are in the farthest field and appear quite happy to forgo the silage and hay. :)

A lovely colourful scene for your focal point on top of the pretty patterned paper. Perfect sentiment to go with it too. Hugs, Sarn xxx

Your card is absolutely stunning! The Woodware Country Fields stamp is a perfect choice for the 'Close to Nature' theme, and your coloring with Promarkers brings it to life beautifully. The sentiment from the Hobby Art stamp set adds a lovely touch. It's inspiring to see how you creatively use your stash.

This is so sweet and what a lovely stamp, not one I've seen before. My snowdrops are starting to show, they should be out soon, but it is so cold!

Such a lovely scene card, Sarah and that sentiment is just beautiful and so apt. We're still very chilly up north but at least the snow has departed.
Hope you are well,
Hugs
